Vandalblast (C15-170) is a red sorcery from Commander 2015 that destroys artifacts. It can be cast for its normal cost to destroy a single artifact you don't control or cast for its overload cost to destroy all artifacts you don't control. The overload mode changes the spell from targeting to non-targeting, allowing it to affect artifacts with hexproof or protection from red.
