Sever the Bloodline (C15-136) is a black sorcery from Commander 2015 that exiles a target creature and all other creatures with that name. It has Flashback for {5}{B}{B}, allowing it to be cast again from the graveyard and then be exiled. It can remove multiple copies of a problematic creature from the battlefield, including ones with protection or hexproof, because those other creatures are not targeted.
