Reins of Power (C15-103) is a blue instant from the Commander 2015 set that exchanges control of creatures between you and a target opponent until end of turn. When cast it untaps all creatures you control and all creatures the targeted opponent controls, then you and that opponent each gain control of the other's creatures and those creatures gain haste until end of turn. This card can be used as a tempo swing or surprise combat trick by stealing blockers or attackers for a single turn.
