Open the Vaults (C15 card 77) is a white sorcery from Commander 2015. It returns all artifact and enchantment cards from all graveyards to the battlefield under their owners' control. Auras and other entering permanents follow special rules for how they can attach or enter simultaneously, and players announce attachments in turn order for Auras being returned.
