Mizzix's Mastery (C15-29) is a red sorcery from Commander 2015. It exiles an instant or sorcery from your graveyard, copies it for each card exiled this way, and lets you cast those copies without paying their mana costs while exiling Mizzix's Mastery. It also has an overload cost that changes "target" to "each," allowing you to copy and cast multiple spells at once when paid.
