Aethersnatch (C15-9) is a blue Instant from Commander 2015 printed at rare. It lets you gain control of target spell and optionally choose new legal targets for that spell as it resolves. If the stolen spell becomes a permanent it will enter the battlefield under your control, and the original commander owner still has the option to move their commander to the command zone if it would leave the battlefield.
