Riptide Survivor (C14-121) is an uncommon blue Creature — Human Wizard from Commander 2014. It has Morph {1}{U}{U} allowing it to be cast face down and later turned face up to activate its effect. When turned face up it forces you to discard two cards and then draw three, providing a net card advantage while enabling graveyard interactions.
