Mutilate (C14-150) is a black sorcery reprinted in Commander 2014 that scales with your number of Swamps. When it resolves, it gives all creatures -1/-1 until end of turn for each Swamp you control, applying based on the Swamps you control at resolution. It's typically used as a sweeping removal in swamp-heavy black decks or commander builds that can maximize the swamp count.
