Wild Ricochet (C13-132) is a red instant from Commander 2013 that targets an instant or sorcery spell and lets you choose new targets for it. When it resolves you create a copy of that spell that you control and may choose new targets for the copy, with the copy resolving before the original. It is commonly used to redirect or duplicate removal and utility spells to benefit you or disrupt opponents.
