Street Spasm (C13-123) is a red instant from Commander 2013 that can deal X damage to a target nonflying creature an opponent controls. It has an Overload option that for {X}{X}{R}{R} changes the spell to affect each qualifying creature instead of a single target. As a removal spell it can serve either as targeted removal for a specific threat or as a board-clear option against many nonflying creatures when cast for its overload cost.
