Raven Familiar (C13-55) is a blue Creature — Bird from the Commander 2013 expansion. It has Flying and an Echo cost, and when it enters the battlefield you scry/look at the top three cards and may put one into your hand while placing the rest on the bottom in any order. Its low power and mana value make it a small evasive creature that provides card selection at the cost of needing to pay Echo on your next upkeep or sacrifice it.
