Plague Boiler (C13-254) is an artifact from the Commander 2013 set. It accumulates plague counters each upkeep and via a paid activated ability, and when it reaches three counters you sacrifice it to destroy all nonland permanents. In decks it serves as a timed board wipe that opponents must play around or accelerate, fitting black/green strategies that want mass removal.
