Order of Succession (C13-52) is a blue sorcery from Commander 2013 that forces a pass-the-parcel control exchange among players. Starting with you and proceeding left or right, each player picks a creature controlled by the next player and then everyone gains control of the creature they picked simultaneously. The effect ignores targeting and can take creatures even if they have protection from blue, but does nothing for players who control no creatures.
