Nightscape Familiar (C13-83) is a 1/1 Zombie creature from Commander 2013 that reduces the generic mana cost of blue and red spells you cast by {1}. It has an activated ability for {1}{B} to regenerate itself, providing a cheap resilience option while enabling color-pip flexibility in decks that cast blue or red spells despite its black color identity. First printed in Champions of Kamigawa as a color-specific cost-reduction creature supporting allied colors in 2004.
