Mystic Barrier (C13-18) is a white Enchantment from Commander 2013 that restricts which opponents and planeswalkers players may attack based on a chosen left-or-right direction. When it enters and at the beginning of your upkeep you choose left or right, and creatures you control may attack only the nearest opponent and that opponent’s planeswalkers in the chosen direction. The effect primarily shapes multiplayer politics and combat by enforcing seating-based attack constraints rather than affecting spells or targeting.
