Incendiary Command (C13-113) is a rare red sorcery from Commander 2013. When cast you choose two of four modes including direct damage to a player or planeswalker, damage to all creatures, destroying a nonbasic land, or a mass discard-and-redraw effect. Its versatility makes it a toolbox-style spell for burn, boardwipe against small creatures, land disruption, or hand manipulation in red decks.
