Echo Mage (C13-43) is a creature — Human Wizard from the Commander 2013 set that uses the Level Up mechanic. Its activated abilities let you pay {U}{U} and tap to copy a target instant or sorcery spell at level 2–3 and to copy that spell twice at level 4 or higher. As a blue utility creature, it functions as a repeatable spell copier for decks that value copying or doubling key instants and sorceries.
