Cruel Ultimatum (C13-182-normal) is a rare sorcery from the Commander 2013 set. When it resolves it makes a targeted opponent sacrifice a creature, discard three cards, and lose 5 life, then lets you return a creature card from your graveyard to your hand, draw three cards, and gain 5 life. The card produces a large asymmetric resource swing useful for disrupting a single opponent while replenishing your own board and hand.
