Brooding Saurian (C13-138) is a green Creature — Lizard card. At the beginning of each end step, each player gains control of all nontoken permanents they own, which can undo temporary thefts and return a chaotic board to its owners. Because of that effect it is often used as a stabilizer in multiplayer and Commander games to reset control and influence table politics.
