Ray of Command (CMD-56) is an instant from Commander 2011 that lets you take temporary control of an opponent’s creature. It untaps the target creature and grants it haste until end of turn, and when you lose control of it that creature becomes tapped. This effect is useful for stealing a blocker to attack with or for redirecting a utility creature briefly, but the control is strictly until end of turn so it does not provide a permanent transfer.
