Minds Aglow (CMD 51) is a blue sorcery from the Commander 2011 set with the Join forces mechanic. Starting with you, each player may pay any amount of mana and then each player draws X cards, where X equals the total mana paid this way. The card forces the full draw amount for each player and can scale dramatically in multiplayer games as multiple players contribute mana.
