Howling Mine (CMD-251-normal) is a rare Artifact reprint from Commander 2011. At the beginning of each player's draw step, if it is untapped its triggered ability causes that player to draw an additional card. Its symmetrical effect is especially potent in multiplayer Commander and is vulnerable to being tapped or removed by opponents.
