Faultgrinder (CMD 122) is a red Creature — Elemental from Commander 2011. It has trample and a triggered ability that destroys a target land when it enters the battlefield, and it also has Evoke {4}{R} allowing it to be cast for a lower cost and sacrificed on entering. With a 4/4 body for {6}{R} or as a cheaper one-shot via evoke, it can serve as a land-hate tool or an aggressive threat depending on how it's cast.
