Cleansing Beam (CMD-116) is an uncommon red instant from the Commander 2011 set that carries the Radiance keyword. When it resolves, it deals 2 damage to a targeted creature and to each other creature that shares a color with that target. This can clear small multi-colored creature boards or punish clustering of a particular color, affecting both opponents' and your creatures if they share the color.
