Animar, Soul of Elements (CMD-181) is a legendary Elemental creature in green, blue, and red. Whenever you cast a creature spell it gets a +1/+1 counter and those counters make future creature spells cheaper to cast. It also has protection from white and black, which changes how it interacts with removal and combat.
