Sleight of Mind (CED 79) is a blue instant from the Collectors' Edition that replaces one color word with another in the text of a targeted spell or permanent. When it resolves you choose one color word printed on the object and replace all occurrences of that word with a different color word, and the change lasts as described by the card. This effect can alter type lines and printed text but does not change chosen targets or intrinsic effects beyond the printed wording.
