Paralyze (CED-120) is an Enchantment — Aura printed in the Collectors' Edition. When it enters the battlefield it taps the enchanted creature and that creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step unless that player pays {4} during their upkeep to untap it. The upkeep payment is optional and multiple Paralyzes are not cumulative, so paying any one copy's cost untaps the creature for that turn.
