Library of Leng (CED-258) is an artifact from the Collectors' Edition set. It sets your maximum hand size to none and replaces discard effects so you may put discarded cards on top of your library instead of into your graveyard. The card interacts with discard triggers and replacement timing, letting you order multiple cards placed on top of your library and still triggering discard-based abilities.
