Jester's Scepter (CSP-137 foil) is a rare artifact from Coldsnap. When it enters the battlefield it exiles the top five cards of a target player's library face down and lets you look at them, and its activated ability lets you put one of those exiled cards into its owner's graveyard to counter a spell with that name. The card functions as a disruption tool that can selectively counter a replayed or cast copy by sacrificing information gathered at entrance.
