Jester's Scepter (CSP-137) is a rare artifact from the Coldsnap set that exiles the top five cards of a target player's library face down when it enters the battlefield. Its activated ability lets you pay 2 and tap to put one of those exiled cards into its owner’s graveyard to counter a spell that has the same name as that card. The card provides targeted spell disruption by leveraging information only you can see about the exiled cards.
