Herald of Leshrac (CSP-62) is a rare black Creature — Avatar from the Coldsnap set. It has cumulative upkeep that repeatedly gains control of different lands you don’t control and a static boost giving it +1/+1 for each land you control but don’t own. Its leaves-the-battlefield trigger returns control of all lands you own that you controlled, which can swing board state when it dies.
