Commandeer (CSP-29, foil) is a rare blue Instant from Coldsnap that can be cast normally or by exiling two blue cards from your hand instead of paying its mana cost. When it resolves you gain control of target noncreature spell and may choose new targets for that spell, effectively hijacking an opponent's cast instant or sorcery. This card serves as both a tempo swing and a disruption tool by turning opponents' spells into your effects or denying them by making targets illegal.
