Portent (CST-90) is a blue sorcery from the Coldsnap Theme Decks set. It lets you look at the top three cards of a target player's library, reorder them as you wish, and optionally have that player shuffle. It also grants the controller a delayed benefit by drawing a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
