Teferi's Puzzle Box (6ED-315) is an artifact from Classic Sixth Edition that forces each player at the beginning of their draw step to put the cards in their hand on the bottom of their library in any order and then draw that many cards. This effect triggers separately for each copy you control and interacts with the normal draw step timing, causing strategic disruption to opponents' hands and enabling graveyard or shuffle synergies. Introduced as part of Classic Sixth Edition, this artifact has been a recurring card in multiple Magic sets as a disruptive 'hand reset' effect.
