Power Sink (6ED #87) is a blue instant from the Classic Sixth Edition core set. It counters a targeted spell unless its controller pays X, and if they don't, it taps all lands with mana abilities they control and causes them to lose unspent mana. The effect can act as both a counterspell and a tempo play by denying available mana and locking opposing mana resources when X is left unpaid.
