Meloku the Clouded Mirror (CHK-74 foil) is a legendary Moonfolk Wizard creature from Champions of Kamigawa. It has flying and an activated ability that lets you pay {1} and return a land you control to its owner’s hand to create a 1/1 blue Illusion token with flying. As a repeatable token engine, it can provide air defense or chump blockers and enable other synergies that care about token creation or blinking lands.
