Jugan, the Rising Star (CHK-217) is a legendary Dragon Spirit creature from the Champions of Kamigawa set. It has flying and a triggered ability that, when it dies, lets you distribute five +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures. As a high-cost, resilient finisher, it can both pressure opponents in the air and provide significant support to other creatures on death.
