Cut the Tethers (CHK 56, Uncommon) is a blue sorcery from Champions of Kamigawa. For each Spirit, its controller must pay {3} or return that Spirit to their hand, making it a mass bounce/tax effect against Spirit-heavy boards. It can be used defensively to clear multiple flying or evasive creatures and punish opponents who rely on many cheap Spirits.
