Villainous Wealth (OTP-58) is a rare sorcery from the Breaking News expansion that lets you exile the top X cards of an opponent's library. As it resolves, you may cast any number of spells among those exiled with mana value X or less without paying their mana costs, choosing targets and modes as you cast them. It functions as a high-variance card advantage and toolbox effect that can ignore normal timing restrictions for those spells while still requiring any mandatory additional costs.
