Collective Defiance (OTP-21) is a red sorcery from the Breaking News set that uses the Escalate mechanic to choose one or more modes. One mode forces a player to discard their hand and draw that many cards, another deals 4 damage to a target creature, and a third deals 3 damage to a target opponent or planeswalker.
