Clear Shot (OTP-28) is an uncommon green Instant from the Breaking News set. It gives a target creature you control +1/+1 until end of turn and then that creature deals damage equal to its power to a target creature you don't control. The spell requires both targets to be chosen as you cast it and can still grant the +1/+1 if the opponent's target becomes illegal before resolution.
