Perplexing Chimera (BNG 48, foil) is an Enchantment Creature — Chimera from Born of the Gods. Its triggered ability lets you exchange control of the Chimera and an opponent’s spell when that opponent casts it, allowing you to change the spell’s targets and control the spell’s effects as it resolves. This can be used both defensively to neutralize opponents’ spells and offensively to steal permanents if a cast spell would become a permanent you can take control of.
