When cast, the spell instructs its controller to draw two cards, granting immediate card advantage. It is a low-cost blue sorcery often used to refill a player’s hand and smooth out draws in midgame turns. Originally printed in earlier core sets, this two-card draw sorcery was reprinted in the Born of the Gods set as part of blue's classic card-drawing toolkit.
