The Infamous Cruelclaw (BLB-219 foil) is a legendary creature — Weasel Mercenary from the Bloomburrow expansion. It has menace and an enter/when-damage ability that exiles cards from the top of your library until a nonland is found, allowing you to cast that exiled card by discarding a card instead of paying its mana cost. Its ability resolves immediately and ignores timing restrictions, letting you cast the exiled spell while the ability is resolving, although you must discard to pay the alternative casting cost and mandatory additional costs still apply.
