As an additional cost to cast it you discard a card and you may promise an opponent a tapped Fish token as the spell’s Gift; the spell then makes target player draw two cards and, if the Gift was promised, gives +2/+0 to a target creature you control until end of turn. It supports both card draw and a temporary combat boost, fitting roles in aggressive or value-oriented red decks that can pay the discard cost.
