You may sacrifice any number of nonland permanents as an additional cost to reduce its casting cost, and when it enters or attacks it receives a blight counter then forces each opponent to either sacrifice a nonland permanent, discard a card, or lose 4 life per blight counter. It functions as a scalable finisher in sacrifice-themed decks by repeatedly imposing punishing choices on each opponent.
