Ral, Crackling Wit (BLB-353 foil) is a legendary Planeswalker from the Bloomburrow expansion in blue and red. It gains a loyalty counter whenever you cast a noncreature spell and can make a 1/1 blue and red Otter with prowess, draw-and-discard with −3, or eventually grant an emblem that gives storm to your instants and sorceries. The card supports spellslinger strategies by both rewarding noncreature spells and enabling large storm turns as a long-game win condition.
