Ral, Crackling Wit (BLB-230 foil) is a legendary Ral planeswalker from the Bloomburrow set. He gains a loyalty counter whenever you cast a noncreature spell and can make 1/1 blue-red Otter tokens with prowess, draw and discard, or grant an emblem that gives your instants and sorceries storm. The emblem creates copies of instants and sorceries you cast for each spell cast before them that turn, enabling large spell-slinging combos and value turns.
