Kastral, the Windcrested (BLB 335) is a legendary Bird Scout creature from the Bloomburrow set. It has flying and a triggered ability that, whenever one or more Birds you control deal combat damage to a player, lets you choose to reanimate a Bird from hand or graveyard with a finality counter, put +1/+1 counters on all your Birds, or draw a card. The finality counter is a unique exile-on-death marker that causes permanents with it to be exiled if they would go to the graveyard, and it applies to any permanent type.
