Kastral, the Windcrested (BLB 221) is a legendary Bird Scout creature from Bloomburrow printed as a foil rare. It has Flying and a triggered ability that, when Birds you control deal combat damage to a player, lets you choose to reanimate a Bird with a finality counter, put +1/+1 counters on each Bird you control, or draw a card. The finality counter causes permanents so marked to be exiled if they would go from the battlefield to the graveyard, which interacts with reanimation and sacrifice effects.
